By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and you commit to not misuse our service for unlawful purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate any laws, rules, or regulations.

1. Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service.

We collect basic information during registration, and more detailed information may be required later.

2. Transferring Information

You cannot transfer your account information to another account, except in cases where it corrects an error we made.

Packages cannot be transferred to a different account unless there is an error on our part.

3. Website Use

You agree to comply with all local, state, national, and international laws and regulations when using our website.

4. Security

Keep your password secure to prevent unauthorized account access.

Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account use or a security breach.

5. Canceling Your Account

You can cancel your account at any time, provided you have no outstanding transactions or parcels in transit.

6. Verifying Information

We may ask you to verify your information for security purposes. This may include legal documentation like a driver’s license or passport.

7. Unsuitable Purchases/Prohibited Items

You agree to comply with guidelines that define certain goods as unsuitable or prohibited for shipping.

Prohibited items may vary by country, and we have the right to refuse shipping for unsuitable products.

8. Our Services

We may change our services, processes, and fees, and we will notify you of any changes.

9. Receiving Packages

You need to submit an Order Form with the domestic tracking number and item details before your package arrives at our warehouse.

Packages may be opened and inspected for verification and certain fees may apply to oversized packages.

10. Receiving Mail

We can receive letters or postcards but do not assume responsibility for their loss.

We recommend arranging domestic shipping for such items.

11. Storage

We offer free storage for up to 30 days from the date of receipt; after that, a storage fee will apply.

The maximum storage period is 60 days and packages exceeding this deadline may be disposed of.

12. Repackaging/Consolidation

We can consolidate packages upon your request. After consolidation, additional repack requests will be denied.

13. Shipping

Once you pay the shipping costs, we will ship your packages to you. We offer one shipping option and we reserve the right to update it.

14. Prohibited Items

We do not ship certain items for security reasons. Prohibited items include a) alcohol and beverages, b) animal and agricultural products, c) combustible and flammable materials, d) currency, e) electronic cigarettes, f) gambling and lottery materials, g) gasoline, h) government IDs and uniforms, i) hate propaganda, j) hazardous materials, k) pirated or counterfeit goods, l) pornography, m) pressurized cans, n) tactical equipment, o) tobacco, p) weapons and parts and q) batteries

15. Address Corrections

We can assist with address corrections and a fee may apply.

Address correction fees resulting from our errors will be covered by us.

16. Shipping Calculator

We provide a shipping rate estimator for your convenience. Actual shipping costs may vary based on package weight and dimensions. Customs duties, taxes and other charges incurred during import are the recipient’s responsibility.

17. Order Cancellation

You can cancel orders before they are dispatched by the seller.

After an order arrives at our warehouse and is marked as “Confirmed,” cancellation may be requested within 48 business hours.

Refunds may be subject to various deductions.

18. Returns and Exchanges

We can assist you in returning products that are still in our warehouse.

Returns may incur a return handling fee and you are responsible for investigating the seller’s return procedure.

20. Legal Matters

You agree not to take legal action against us without attempting to resolve the matter with us first. You are liable for and indemnify us against various claims and costs related to your actions and compliance with export and import laws.

21. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for lost profits or damages related to our services.

Claims for damage or loss of goods handled in our facility must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

22. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to modify, terminate, or adjust these Terms and Conditions and we will notify you of any changes.
